We are proud to deliver expertise across all lines of business to our insured clients, together with our partners around the world. Our claims team is made up of the sector's leading specialists; every file, regardless of the loss amount, is handled individually.
When you choose Neolife, we guarantee your claim is in safe hands. We extend our claims expertise — whether or not your policy was arranged through Neolife — to all policyholders through our Claims Advisory service.
Through our risk engineering work, we provide bespoke comprehensive services for all your projects in areas including drafting insurance specifications and coverages, managing insurance tenders, risk analyses and the sound conduct of potential claims processes.
Relevant regulations and evolving technologies are continuously monitored; your company's physical assets, your employees' safety and potential harm to third parties are assessed and kept under control. Undetected risks can cause far greater losses than those that have been identified; for this reason, risk identification exercises must be repeated regularly at set intervals.
Wherever industry, manufacturing and large-scale investment are found, we aim to help organisations change their risk outcomes and raise their risk management standards. Working in coordination with global insurance buyers and insurance markets, we operate in risk analysis and advisory services for businesses in the insurance and reinsurance space.
Drawing on our depth of experience across our three core focus areas — cyber risk, financial lines and energy insurance — we share the commercial and technical knowledge needed to meet the challenges each sector faces.
Drawing on our experienced risk analysis and risk management team, we provide bespoke technical support for your organisation and its area of activity.
A workplace where independent broking is flourishing, expertise is valued and investment in employee development is a priority.
Aligned with our vision of becoming the employer of choice in insurance and reinsurance broking, our objectives are: to implement best-in-class HR practices, and to attract, retain and develop employees who champion the company vision and values and who will achieve high-performance targets.
Our Objectives
At Neolife, we regard employee training as the most important forward-looking investment we make. We ensure this investment is the primary driver in achieving our company objectives. Our goal is to generate performance-enhancing outcomes for employees through both in-house and external training.
Our Training Programmes
These programmes are treated as part of employees' career planning; the goal is to equip them with the knowledge and skills required for their next role.
